Custom Chenille Letters

Every piece is built from layers of felt with a raised chenille face, finished with a stitched border. Here's some of what we make:

• Single block letters in a two-color felt outline
• Monograms with two or three letters, like "RP" and "SWR"
• Letters with Swiss inserts, such as a music staff across an "M"
• Letters with a bar, like a "TIGERS" bar across an "N"
• Balls and patches such as soccer balls, volleyballs and championship patches
• Mascots, numbers and shapes

Chenille letters are sized only by the height of the fuzzy chenille, not the entire height of the letter.

The "A" in the diagram is the same letter you'll see in the builder below. It's a 6" chenille letter: the chenille measures 6" tall, and with the felt border the whole letter is about 7" overall. To size your letter, measure just the fuzzy chenille.

Add an embroidered Swiss insert to show off a sport, activity or achievement. Choose from more than 90 designs, including:
